Strawberry Lemongrass Ice Cream
A two step impressive recipe that’s your next favorite Friday night treat.
Ingredients
Serves 4-6
- 1 pint quality Vanilla Ice Cream (we used Van Leeuwan)
- 1 pint good quality coconut ice cream (or another vanilla)
- 1 jar of Strawberry Lemongrass Jam
Directions
Let the ice cream come to room temp
Fold the Strawberry Lemongrass Jam through
Serve immediately with Strawberry Lemongrass Jam Tarts or put back in freezer to use later!
